I spent over a decade training at the Capital District YMCA and VENT Fitness before opening Approach Fitness in Menands. I’m now 55 and have helped people of all ages and experience levels build strength, consistency, and confidence from the ground up.

The Studio: Small, Focused, Zero-Pressure
Approach Fitness is a 1,000 sq ft studio space equipped to train up to three people at a time — offering all the tools of a traditional gym with none of the intimidation.
The environment is calm, supportive, and intentionally small-scale so every client gets the attention and space they need to feel comfortable and confident.
